full-time We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee low-voltage and data systems projects in a fast-paced industrial/data center environment. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing projects involving low-voltage systems, structured cabling, fiber, controls, telecommunications, or data center infrastructure and is comfortable coordinating multiple crews, vendors, schedules, and project priorities. Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects from planning through completion and closeout
• Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, vendors, materials, and schedules
• Monitor project scope, budgets, labor, milestones, and deliverables
• Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Communicate project status with customers, field leadership, and internal teams
• Identify and resolve scheduling, material, and field-related issues
• Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure quality and safety requirements are met Qualifications
• 3+ years of Project Management experience
• Low-voltage/data systems experience required
• Experience with structured cabling, fiber, controls, telecommunications, or similar systems
• Data center or mission-critical construction experience strongly preferred
• Ability to read construction drawings and specifications
• Experience managing crews, subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and project documentation
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar software experience is a plus
