Job Description

The successful candidate will combine construction knowledge with financial and analytical skills to monitor project performance, validate construction progress, review contractor requisitions and cost forecasts, and analyze cash flow projections. The role will help identify trends, variances, and potential financial or operational issues, providing timely analysis and information to support the project team and proactively address issues before they impact project cost, schedule, or performance. Bachelor's Degree required Minimum of 3 years experience Required Experience as an owner's rep is a plus. Travel required to NJ jobsites Sponsorships are not available No recruiters please
