This is a 12-month contract position based in Rockleigh, New Jersey, requiring five days per week on-site. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a high-impact Salesforce systems implementation initiative, including middleware integration and back-office connectivity. You will coordinate across Marketing, Sales, Sales Operations, Salesforce, an external implementation partner, and internal Salesforce stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. This role demands strong communication and interpersonal skills, as you will work closely with business teams throughout execution. Responsibilities Facilitate end-to-end project execution for the Salesforce implementation initiative Ensure deliverables remain on track and within scope throughout the engagement Coordinate across multiple internal teams and external partners, including Marketing, Sales, Sales Operations, and the implementation company Maintain clear communication and alignment among all stakeholders Qualifications Required Senior-level project management experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage complex, high-visibility initiatives Experience coordinating across multiple business and technical teams Preferred Salesforce implementation or systems integration project experience Experience working with middleware and back-office system integrations
