This role comes with an excellent compensation plan with a base salary that can go up to $300k plus 22.5% annual bonus, sign on bonus, completion bonus, monthly car allowance and relocation assistance. Candidates need to possess experience managing large construction or EPC projects in a safe and timely manner as well as experience managing project/construction teams. All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

300,000 per year work hours: 8am to 4pm education: Bachelors responsibilities:
Responsible for a major contruction expansion project estimated to be in the $1
3B range. Safely deliver the expansion project, covers the full project lifecycle from project set up/initiation through all the project delivery stages to closure.
Safety Culture:
Actively promote a pro-active safety culture and be a role model, throughout the project lifecycle.
Build the capability and maintain the competency to safely and compliantly manage a large construction project
Group Project Delivery Strategy:
Advise, consult, lead and provide feedback in the development and evolvement of the Capacity Expansion Program delivery strategy with support of the Global Subject Matter Experts, Procurement and Legal Delivery of the
Centrifuge Expansion Project:
Overall responsibility for the delivery of the centrifuge expansion projects, to meet safety, scope, cost and schedule and businness benefits objectives.
Develop, implement and communicate strategies, objectives and benefits to business unit and group to achieve business benefit
Integration:
Design, build and develop a high performance organization and team, ensuring flawless integration of all sub-disciplines, functions and with the site throughout the project lifecycle
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Project Management or related discipline
Project Management Qualification/Accreditation such APM or PMI or equivalent
5+ years of experience in being fuly accountable and actively leading large complex/multiple
EPC/EPCM
projects as Project Director
On-site construction experience qualifications: Experience level: DirectorMinimum 5 years of experience
