We are seeking to hire a Project Manager to support a large‑scale mission‑critical / data center project in Reno, Nevada. The PM is responsible for keeping the project on schedule, within budget, and aligned with all technical, safety, and stakeholder requirements. Key Responsibilities Maintain project budgets and schedules; track changes and update key stakeholders. Serve as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, including clients, owners/developers, internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers. Lead and manage the project team, including Superintendents, Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, subcontractors, and vendors. Manage bidding and selection of subcontractors and suppliers. Ensure the project site is operated safely and in compliance with all laws, regulations, and OSHA standards. Support coordination of trade partners, suppliers, vendors, customers, design teams, and engineering teams. Apply strong organizational, leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills across assigned project(s). Monitor and report on project financial status; support subcontract and contract administration. Assist in developing and maintaining job progress schedules to ensure construction aligns with planned timelines. Purchase and track delivery of materials within assigned scope, ensuring quality, pricing, and specification compliance. Negotiate contracts with trade partners and vendors, eliminating scope gaps and reducing project risk. Review and approve trade partner and vendor payment requests. Evaluate change order requests promptly and accurately. Prepare and present project reports including progress analyses, schedules, billings, and status updates. Organize and maintain job files to support workflow continuity. Review shop drawings and submittals for compliance with scope of work. Support estimating and proposal preparation efforts as needed. Enforce Atlantach's safety and quality programs on site. Authority You have the authority to stop work if unsafe practices or environmental risks are present. Responsible for meeting all Quality, Safety, and Environmental requirements at all times. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred OR 10+ years of equivalent experience. 4+ years of experience in a similar role, with at least two years on a mission‑critical, data center, or semiconductor project. 4+ years of proven track record delivering projects on schedule and within budget. Demonstrated commitment to site safety and compliance with laws and regulations. OSHA 10‑hour required; OSHA 30‑hour preferred. Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills. Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office, mobile devices, and project management software.
