Hours:

Our client, a highly respected and rapidly evolving healthcare-focused organization based in the Capital Region, is seeking a Project Manager to help lead strategic initiatives that improve access to care, strengthen provider partnerships, and support large-scale transformation efforts across New York State. What You'll Do:

Lead multiple cross-functional projects from kickoff through execution Keep stakeholders aligned, engaged, and accountable to timelines Identify risks, remove roadblocks, and keep initiatives moving forward Build and maintain project plans, timelines, logs, and status reporting Facilitate productive meetings with clear ownership and next steps Coordinate internal teams, external partners, and vendors Support implementation of new programs, process improvements, and operational changes

What We're Looking For:

3+ years of Project Management experience Strong ability to drive projects rather than simply track them Experience managing multiple priorities in a changing environment Excellent communication, meeting facilitation, and organizational skills Comfortable working in lean, collaborative teams where adaptability is key Healthcare, health plan, Medicaid, social services, or non-profit industry experience Microsoft Office Suite Project management tools such as Smartsheet, Monday.com, MS Project, or similar
