Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Manager to oversee program operations, coordinate team initiatives, and drive process improvements. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can manage multiple projects, ensure compliance with program requirements, and deliver exceptional service to the communities we support. Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and oversee projects from start to finish. Manage project timelines, priorities, and team performance. Develop and improve operational workflows and processes. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners. Monitor project progress and resolve issues proactively. Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with program requirements. Prepare reports and provide regular updates to leadership. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and service delivery. Qualifications 2+ years of project management or operations experience preferred. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Microsoft Office and project management software. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities. Experience working with community-based programs, healthcare, or social services is a plus.
