Job Description

Project Coordinator Champlain Valley Family Center Plattsburgh, NY Champlain Valley Family Center is seeking a full-time Project Coordinator to support a federally funded behavioral health initiative serving youth, young adults, and families throughout the North Country. This position will work closely with the Project Director to coordinate project implementation, strengthen community partnerships, monitor program outcomes, support reporting requirements, and help drive continuous quality improvement efforts. The ideal candidate is organized, collaborative, data-driven, and passionate about improving behavioral health services in our community. Salary$62,000 - $68,000 annually, depending on education, qualifications, and experience What You'll Do Coordinate daily project operations and implementation activities. Build and maintain relationships with community partners and referral sources. Track program enrollment, outcomes, and performance measures. Assist with grant reporting, evaluation, and compliance requirements. Analyze data and prepare reports that support decision-making and quality improvement. Participate in program planning, development, and sustainability initiatives. Work collaboratively with leadership to ensure successful achievement of program goals. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in a related field. Experience in project coordination, healthcare, behavioral health, human services, community programming, quality improvement, data management, or grant administration. Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
