This onsite opportunity is ideal for an organized, execution-driven professional who enjoys coordinating complex work across multiple teams and keeping delivery moving forward with clarity and accountability. Responsibilities Lead project execution across multiple concurrent data-related initiatives, ensuring plans, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables stay on track. Build and maintain project schedules, RAID logs, action-item trackers, decision logs, and supporting documentation. Coordinate with business analysts, data analysts, engineers, architects, governance teams, test leads, product owners, and business stakeholders to maintain alignment. Facilitate status meetings, implementation readiness discussions, checkpoints, and cross-team coordination sessions. Track risks, issues, constraints, and dependencies, and escalate concerns proactively to protect delivery timelines. Provide clear, fact-based project updates and executive-ready reporting that reflects progress, risks, readiness, and next steps. Partner with broader project and program leaders to keep EDAS workstreams aligned with enterprise objectives and implementation plans. Support a centralized view of delivery status across teams to improve transparency, communication, and accountability. Skills 8+ years of project management, technology delivery, PMO, or similar experience. Background in banking or financial services supporting technology, data, analytics, governance, regulatory, risk, or modernization work. Experience managing data-focused initiatives such as data warehousing, data integration, ETL, data governance, data management, analytics, reporting, or regulatory data. Strong hands-on experience using Jira and Confluence for delivery tracking, reporting, documentation, and collaboration. Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a large enterprise environment. Experience working across cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholder groups. Strong planning, organization, follow-through, and stakeholder coordination skills. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills. Comfort working in Waterfall, Agile, Kanban, or hybrid delivery environments. Working knowledge of data management concepts, including data governance, data quality, data lineage, metadata management, and critical data elements. Preferred Skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, Project Management, Analytics, Finance, or a related field. PMP certification preferred. Scrum Master certification is a plus. Experience supporting enterprise data and analytics organizations. Familiarity with Alation, GCP, BigQuery, or similar enterprise data platforms. Experience supporting large-scale modernization or transformation initiatives. Exposure to lending, collateral management, or regulatory reporting is beneficial. Ability to bring structure to complex workstreams and keep teams aligned in a matrixed delivery model.
