Posted on August 24, 2026 Published By Mae Charles Trillium Construction is hiring an Industrial Project Manager for our client's project in Conesville, Ohio.
This is a contract-to-hire opportunity for an experienced Project Manager with a strong industrial construction background. Pay rate is $50-55/hour. The Project Manager will oversee projects from preconstruction through completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to established quality standards. This role will work closely with clients, field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and internal leadership. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Support preconstruction efforts internally and externally leading up to project execution
Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets
Coordinate internal resources, subcontractors, vendors, and third parties
Ensure project scope, goals, and deliverables are clearly defined and communicated
Monitor project performance and address issues as they arise
Identify and mitigate potential project risks
Provide regular updates to leadership and clients
Ensure compliance with company safety policies and industry regulations
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and project teams
Lead project meetings and participate in post-project reviews
Attend required internal and external meetings
Manage the supporting project team, including Project Coordinators/Engineers, Inventory Control, Project Administrators, Safety Representatives, and Superintendents Apply now! Required Education & Experience
3+ years of Project Management experience within the industrial construction industry
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, budgeting, and project coordination
