Job Description

PROJECT MANAGER - MUNICIPAL & INDUSTRIAL INFRASTRUCTURE
This company is looking for a Project Manager to oversee municipal and industrial infrastructure projects from planning through installation, startup, and completion.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resources. Develop and manage project schedules and budgets. Coordinate engineers, service technicians, contractors, manufacturers, vendors, and customers. Monitor project progress, milestones, costs, and resource allocation. Oversee equipment procurement and ensure timely delivery. Coordinate equipment startup, commissioning, and customer training. Identify and resolve project issues, scope changes, and delays. Keep customers informed throughout the project lifecycle. Maintain project documentation and provide status updates. Manage project closeout, documentation, and invoicing.
QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years of Project Management experience. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience (preferred). PMP certification (preferred). Technical understanding of engineered equipment and industrial process systems. Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Proficient with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel, and Adobe. Experience with ERP and CRM systems. Willingness to travel to project sites and trade shows as needed. Must be eligible to work in the United States without restriction and without the need for current or future sponsorship.
