$120,000-$155,000/year We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the planning, design, and execution of municipal infrastructure projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional who enjoys technical leadership, client interaction, project management, and mentoring junior engineers. What You'll Do Lead municipal infrastructure rehabilitation and replacement projects Design and oversee water, wastewater, stormwater, treatment, pump station, and storage systems Troubleshoot infrastructure operations and develop improvement plans Manage subcontractors, contractors, bidding, construction oversight, and project closeout Support clients with funding sources and funding applications Serve as a technical authority and mentor junior engineers Guide utility providers in modernizing aging infrastructure Manage project delivery and client expectations What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field PE registration in Oregon or ability to obtain within 1 year 15+ years of municipal infrastructure experience Strong water and wastewater engineering background Experience with infrastructure rehabilitation and utility coordination Strong technical and field experience Excellent communication and client-facing skills Leadership and mentoring experience Benefits Flexible Work Environment Paid Parental Leave Medical, Dental & Vision Life & AD&D Insurance Short- & Long-Term Disability 401(k) with Company Match PTO + Holidays Interested?
