Job Description
We're looking for a motivated, detail‑driven Project Manager to lead landscaping projects from start to finish. You'll oversee crews, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure every project delivers a polished, high‑quality outdoor space. Responsibilities Run day‑to‑day project operations: site prep, planting, lawn care, irrigation, and hardscape work. Supervise crews and maintain efficient, high‑quality workflow. Handle scheduling, budgeting, materials, and vendor coordination. Conduct site inspections for progress, quality, and safety. Communicate with clients and provide expert landscape guidance. Troubleshoot issues like irrigation or plant health concerns. Keep accurate project records, permits, and reports. Qualifications Experience in landscaping or outdoor construction. Strong leadership and crew management skills. Knowledge of lawn care, tree care, irrigation, gardening, and horticulture. Familiarity with site prep and hardscape installation. Excellent communication and multitasking abilities. Understanding of safety standards for landscaping and construction. Software experience is a plus.
