New Home Sales Consultant

Top Performance Role Compensation:

$125,000 Base Salary +

Strategic Schedule & Earning Potential We operate when our customers are most available. Because our customers work standard Monday-Friday jobs, Saturday is our highest-traffic day and the "prime time" for our consultants to engage with qualified leads. We view our weekend and evening availability not as a sacrifice, but as a strategic advantage for our consultants. This is your opportunity to maximize face time with customers, build stronger relationships, and drive the high-level commissions that define a top performer.

Standard Schedule:

Tuesday

  • Friday, 9:30 AM
  • 5:00 PM; Saturdays, 9:30 AM
  • 2:30 PM.
Evenings:

You will hold 1 to 3 evening meetings per week (ending approx. 6:30-7:00 PM), as needed (Tuesday, Wednesday, and/or Thursday).

Off Days:

Saturday afternoon/PM, Sundays & Mondays.

Flexibility:

For the right candidate, we are open to negotiating a full-time Saturday schedule in lieu of evening appointments.

Project Management Skills:

You have experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and holding one-on-one meetings to guide customers through complex decisions. Responsibilities Guide customers through the home-buying process, from land assessment to custom design and pricing. Project-manage multiple customers, designs, and pricing requests with high accuracy. Educate clients on building standards and prioritize "wish lists" to maximize value. Collaborate daily with lenders, realtors, developers, and internal departments. Maintain the sales center presentation to the highest standard. Actively participate in community outreach and growth initiatives.

Qualifications Education:

Bachelor's Degree (Required).

Experience:

2+ years of proven Project Management experience (Required). A strong desire to learn the intricacies of construction and home building. Exceptional level of organization, efficiency, and problem-solving ability. Ability to self-start and manage competing priorities.
