This individual will be responsible for overseeing project execution, managing schedules and budgets, coordinating with subcontractors and stakeholders, and ensuring all work is completed safely, on time, and within scope. The ideal candidate has a strong background in solar construction and a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale construction projects. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of utility-scale solar construction projects from mobilization through commissioning and closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure successful project delivery.
• Coordinate daily activities between field teams, subcontractors, engineering teams, and project stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, regulatory, and quality standards.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular updates on project status, milestones, and financial performance.
• Review contract documents, change orders, RFIs, and other project documentation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

• 7-10+ years of Project Management experience within the construction industry.
• Proven experience managing solar construction projects, preferably utility-scale solar developments.
• Strong understanding of construction project lifecycle management, budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders including subcontractors, owners, and engineering teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Plusses
• Local to the project area.
• Power plant or conventional power generation construction experience.
• Experience with EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) projects.
• PMP certification or related project management credentials.
• Experience with scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
