The successful applicant will be assigned to several projects simultaneously and will manage each project from beginning to closeout

Responsibilities:

Assist Sales Team/Estimators with pricing, walkthroughs, bid submittals of new/extra work Preparation for commencement of start of new job, including all documentation and requirements are met Liaison between field and the operations/scheduling department Liaison between engineering department and field Track productivity and financial targets Preparation and submittals of extra work pricing and pricing breakdowns/backup Provide customer service to customer contacts Ensure all work performed is captured, priced, submitted to customer and billed by Accounts Receivable team

Requirements:

PMP certificate and 5 years of Project Management experience required Detail oriented and Strong administrative skills Ability to multitask Persistent and self-motivated Takes ownership of job tasks and responsibilities Good customer service attitude Technological knowledge and experience, specifically a strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word Experience in construction industry required (1 - 5 years); experience with scaffolding industry a plus Experience in Engineering a plus Valid state driver's license required BrandSafway offers a competitive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance along with a generous 401k plan.
