Job Description
Immediate opening with a company offering a rapidly growing product for the construction industry. We are seeking a Project Manager with an engineering background to grow with this exciting and expanding construction company headquartered in Ravenel, South Carolina. The Project Manager role is supervisory and critical in ensuring our construction projects are completed successfully, meeting client expectations and industry standards while adhering to timelines and budgets. The role will require planning and scheduling of jobs, procurement of material and equipment, on-site construction management overseeing field crews to ensure safety/ quality control/ efficiency, managing project budgets and timelines, communication with General Contractors, submittals, change orders, and additional responsibilities as needed. The Project Manager will be expected to professionally represent the company on job sites while ensuring the field crew upholds all company standards.
