Commercial Roofing Project Manager:

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years supervising and installing commercial roofing systems .

Project Management:

Proven experience as a Commercial Roofing Project Manager in the industry.

Language Skills:

Bilingual proficiency is a must.

Technical Skills:

Strong computer skills, organizational abilities, and job tracking capabilities.

Certifications:

OSHA 10 certification required; OSHA 30 certification preferred.

Leadership:

Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams as a Commercial Roofing Project Manager .

Technical Reading:

Safety and Quality:
