Job Description
We are hiring a Project Manager to lead commercial millwork projects. Competitive pay, benefits, and career growth opportunities offered.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage project plans, schedules, and material orders. Prepare and review RFIs, submittals, and contractor communications. Oversee buyouts of subcontractors and ensure accuracy of submittals. Visit job sites to monitor installation progress approximately 10 days per month. Coordinate with contractors to meet deadlines and quality standards.
Requirements:
3-5 years of commercial Project Management experience (millwork preferred). Strong organizational and communication skills Familiarity with Excel and Bluebeam Willingness to travel 8-12 days per month.
