You'll run our roof jobs from signed contract to final walk-through — and when a past customer calls with a leak or a question, you're the one who goes out and makes it right. What success looks like A year in, the jobs you run start on schedule, pass your own final inspection the first time and close out with a complete photo file. Warranty and repair calls get diagnosed and fixed, and the homeowner hears from you at every step. What you'll do Take each job from sales: check measurements, order materials, and schedule crews, dumpsters and deliveries.

Be on site:

check tear-off, decking, underlayment, flashing and ventilation against GAF and CertainTeed installation requirements, and photograph each stage. Keep homeowners updated from start to finish, run the final walk-through and punch list, and make sure the property is cleaned up.

Take warranty and repair calls:

find the cause of leaks and make repairs yourself — shingles, flashing, pipe boots, vents and sealants — with before-and-after photos.

Keep every job file complete:

photos, notes, materials and changes. Work closely with our sales reps and office team so the homeowner hears one consistent story. What we're looking for Required 2+ years of hands-on roofing experience (installing, repairing or running crews) A valid driver's license and a clean driving record (you'll drive a company vehicle) Comfortable on ladders and steep roofs, and able to carry shingle bundles Comfortable using a smartphone for photos, job notes and scheduling Preferred Experience running residential re-roof jobs or supervising crews Familiarity with GAF or CertainTeed installation requirements Metal and commercial low-slope (TPO) repair experience Bilingual English/Spanish OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 card Pay and schedule $18
