Job Description
The Mitigation Leader directs small teams in executing water and fire damage mitigation and insurance restoration projects for residential and commercial properties. This role demands hands-on expertise in damage assessment, project coordination, and customer communication, ensuring timely and effective restoration while adhering to safety and quality standards. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate mitigation crews of 1-5 members on-site Assess water and fire damage for accurate restoration planning Manage insurance restoration projects to meet client and insurer requirements Oversee contents handling and restoration when applicable Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols Maintain and manage mitigation equipment and tools Utilize basic tools and specialized restoration software for project reporting Preferred Qualifications Minimum 3 years' experience in mitigation or restoration work Relevant technical training in water and fire mitigation or insurance restoration IICRC certification in water damage and fire damage restoration preferred Skilled in contents cleaning and handling processes Proven team leadership and problem-solving abilities Strong communication skills and customer service orientation Demonstrated adherence to safety standards and compliance Join us as a Mitigation Project Manager to lead impactful projects that enhance community resilience!
