• Assist Project Manager with daily project oversight and scheduling
• Track milestones, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and field teams
• Maintain organized project files and prepare reports/documentation
• Support permitting, compliance paperwork, and closeout packages
• Review purchase orders, create work orders, and assist with job costing
• Communicate updates between office staff, field crews, and external partners Qualifications
• 2-3 years in construction administration or project coordination
• QuickBooks proficiency required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast
• paced environment
• Strong communication and problem
