Job Description Mueller Builders LLC is seeking a motivated and experienced Project Manager to oversee siding, window, and exterior renovation projects. The ideal candidate will also have knowledge of decking and roofing. This role requires hands-on management of job sites, coordination with crews, subcontractors, vendors, and builders, as well as direct communication with homeowners to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard. Job Responsibilities Manage and oversee exterior renovation projects from start to finish. Coordinate with subcontractors, crews, suppliers, and internal staff to maintain project schedules. Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to project plans. Communicate regularly with homeowners and provide progress updates. Identify and resolve issues that arise during the course of a project. Ensure compliance with all safety and building codes. Support company goals and uphold Mueller Builders' reputation for excellence in craftsmanship. Qualifications Proven experience managing exterior renovation projects. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications. Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently. Valid driver's license with a good driving record. Basic computer skills, and ability to learn Job Progress/Leap.
