Successful candidates will have the ability to independently manage residential renovations from beginning to end with minimal oversight using the resources provided for you. Qualified candidates will possess a strong knowledge of construction & remodeling and the ability to effectively communicate with customers. Manage renovations from preconstruction through final punch‑list. Create and maintain project schedules; coordinate and supervise subcontractors and in‑house crews. Perform material takeoffs and order materials; track deliveries and lead times. Follow job cost sheets and scope of work; manage budgets and change orders. Serve as a primary point of contact for homeowners; provide daily/weekly updates and manage expectations. Conduct quality control and ensure jobsite cleanliness and safety.

Document progress:

RFIs, submittals, daily logs, and closeout documentation. Coordinate inspections and ensure code compliance. Minimum 5 years of residential remodeling experience in a supervisory or project management role (kitchen/bath experience required). Strong knowledge of remodeling construction methods, finishes, and sequencing. Proven ability to read and interpret plans and specifications. Experience with material takeoffs, ordering, and vendor coordination. Excellent communication and customer service skills; ability to manage homeowner relationships professionally. Proficiency with project management tools (scheduling, spreadsheets). Valid clean driver's license. Background checks and references are required.
