Duties Lead project planning sessions to establish scope, objectives, schedules, and budgets, utilizing tools such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office. Coordinate construction schedules and manage project timelines to ensure timely delivery of milestones. Oversee project teams, including subcontractors and vendors, managing daily operations on construction sites to meet safety and quality standards. Develop detailed construction plans, review blueprints, and interpret construction documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with specifications. Monitor project costs through effective cost management practices using HeavyBid and other construction estimating tools; manage budgets proactively. Ensure all projects adhere to local construction regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies. Utilize construction management software like ProCore, Prolog, Civil 3D, and Construction scheduling tools for project tracking, reporting, and documentation. Manage contracts, change orders, and procurement processes to optimize project resources. Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress, address issues promptly, and maintain construction schedule coordination. Facilitate clear communication among stakeholders through comprehensive project coordination efforts; prepare reports for executive review. Qualifications Proven experience managing complex infrastructure or commercial construction projects with a strong understanding of civil engineering principles. Extensive knowledge of construction regulations, safety standards, and regulatory compliance requirements. Proficiency in project management software including Primavera P6, ProCore, Bluebeam, Prolog, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong background in construction estimating, cost management, project scheduling, and blueprint reading. Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively in a fast-paced construction management environment. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple projects. Construction site experience with a focus on managing large-scale infrastructure or commercial projects.
