About Us:
Liberty Mechanical, Inc. is a small business with a national footprint in the mission critical sector of the HVAC trade. We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing and closing projects while ensuring they meet specific goals and criteria. You will also coordinate tasks, manage resources, and communicate with various individuals throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
Planning — Develop detailed project plans that outline tasks, timelines, and resources needed to achieve project goals. Execution — Lead team in executing the plan, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and within budget. Monitoring — Track progress, manage risks, and make adjustments as necessary to keep the project on track. Communication —Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns throughout the project lifecycle. Billing - Gather information for AIA billing by collaborating with key individuals and sources to ensure accurate documentation and project completion percentages before submitting payment applications. Closure — Upon project completion, conduct evaluations to assess outcomes and document lessons learned for future projects.
Roll:
Oversee specific areas in the Installation and Commissioning departments to help streamline processes and enhance productivity. Support AIA billing process by ensuring accuracy and compliance. Documentation Gathering Collect, manage, and distribute all relative plans, SOWs, submittals, etc. to support field team success. Collect, manage, and distribute documents from subcontractors and suppliers to key individuals to support billing applications. Completion Verification — Track and confirm the percentage of work completed for active projects and prepare material for weekly update meetings with stakeholders. Communication — Liaise with subcontractors, managers and owners to clarify and resolve discrepancies with SOWs or billing details Schedule of Values — Maintain and update the schedule of values to outline the work completed and corresponding costs.

Qualifications:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in project management software and tools. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and efficiency. Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is required. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management or administrative roles is preferred. Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) are advantageous.
