Senior Project Manager -

Onsite Salary:

$90,000-$100,000 Seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with 2 to 5+ years of commercial architectural millwork experience and a proven track record managing multi-million-dollar projects.

Responsibilities:

Lead commercial architectural millwork projects from award through final completion. Manage relationships with customers, GCs, architects, and internal teams. Review contracts, specifications, drawings, and construction documents. Coordinate submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, procurement, production, and installation. Manage schedules, budgets, forecasts, and change-order documentation. Identify project risks, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate solutions across teams. Maintain project quality, timelines, and customer communication.

Requirements:

2 to 5+ years of relevant commercial architectural millwork project management experience. Demonstrated ownership of multi-million-dollar projects. Strong architectural drawing and construction-document knowledge. Experience coordinating engineering, manufacturing, contractors, and installation. Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills. ERP and Microsoft Office/project management software experience. Bluebeam preferred; Microvellum or ProjectPAK is a plus.
