Job Description Assist in planning, scheduling, and overseeing construction projects. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and team members to ensure project milestones are met. Monitor project budgets and track expenses to maintain financial accuracy. Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on-site. Support the resolution of project challenges and provide timely solutions. Maintain project documentation and ensure accurate record-keeping. Collaborate with the team to achieve project goals and client satisfaction. The Successful Applicant A successful Assistant Project Manager should have: Experience with construction project coordination in the property industry. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple priorities effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams. Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards in construction. Proficiency in project management tools and software. A proactive and problem-solving mindset to handle challenges efficiently.
