Exempt Schedule:
Minimum 40 hours per week on site; 24/7 after-hours availability when assigned About the Role Rose Care Group is seeking an experienced RCFE Administrator to lead daily assisted living operations and support resident safety, quality of care, and regulatory compliance. You will oversee staffing, resident services, wellness, food service, activities, and facility maintenance. This position reports to the Regional Manager. Responsibilities
  • Manage community operations in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, company policies, and residents' needs.
  • Supervise staff and support the wellness department; coordinate initial and ongoing training, assist with hiring and disciplinary conversations, complete annual care staff reviews, and review and approve timesheets daily.
  • Conduct community tours, assess prospective residents for appropriate placement and care needs, obtain required documentation, and oversee admissions.
  • Ensure residents' physical and mental needs and written care plans are addressed; support coordination with physicians and outside service providers.
  • Address resident and family concerns and keep families and powers of attorney informed about resident status.
  • Oversee activities, food service, and indoor and outdoor maintenance to maintain a safe, supportive environment.
  • Maintain accurate resident and staff records; oversee electronic health records, resident information, and account charges.
  • Prepare for and manage state inspections, submit required agency reports, and report hazards, injuries, and unusual incidents to the Regional Manager.
  • Respond promptly to emergencies, follow company protocols, and provide 24/7 after-hours availability by phone and/or email when assigned. Qualifications
  • Completion of the 80-hour RCFE Initial Certification Training Program and maintenance of administrator certification requirements under DSS guidelines.
  • At least two years of experience working in an RCFE.
  • Strong leadership, organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of state and federal regulations governing residential care facilities.
  • Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
Physical Requirements Ability to perform physical tasks related to resident care and facility management, including extended standing, bending, climbing stairs, reaching, and grasping, with or without reasonable accommodation.
