We are looking for a service oriented, dynamic & talented individual to join our team! Our mobile home community, in Jurupa Valley, CA is in need of a Property Manager.
IMPORTANT
•You must be physically able for the position, continuously walking and standing for long periods of time. •Must be friendly, honest, punctual, trustworthy, self-motivated, computer literate (including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook), quick learner, comfortable under stressful situations, able to work alone and in a team setting.
Responsibilities:
Collection and resolution of rent and other resident/tenant charges. Review, approve and process all accounts payable invoices or statements. Solicit and analyze bids for maintenance or repair work and coordinate vendor activities for contracted services Communicate with owners, regional managers, office staff, other team members, resident/tenants and vendors to ensure optimum performance Maintain current certification of insurance/registration for residents Maximize the profitability of the property Ensure the effective execution of marketing programs, lease renewal strategies, and resident retention plans Must effectively manage residents' concerns in a professional and timely manner Conduct site inspections and create appropriate notices for residents/tenants Be able to think outside the box
Requirements:
Must have excellent communication, written and verbal skills. Excellent customer service approach to property owners, direct supervisors and tenants/residents Superior customer service skills including the ability to manage difficult customers and/or situations Positive attitude promoting teamwork and career-oriented goals, Punctual, dependable, self-starter, ability to multi-task Knowledge of all policies and procedures, State and Federal Landlord and Fair Housing Laws Effective problem-solving skills and a strong work ethic Must have reliable transportation Must have the physical capacity to walk briskly, climb stairs, conduct visual inspections. Applicants must pass the pre-employment physical, drug and alcohol test, and background check to be eligible for hire Must be computer literate. Must have strong English speaking and writing skills Minimum of two (2) years residential property management experience Able to work under pressure, prioritize competing demands, and meet deadlines. Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, evenings, and holidays if needed. Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus Don't wait any longer...apply today!
