We are looking for a hardworking person who will treat the property as if it were their own: with pride, accountability, and long-term commitment. This is a hands-on position that requires strong communication skills, physical capability, organization, attention to detail, and the ability to balance administrative and maintenance responsibilities. On-site housing will be provided after 6 months of employment. Key Responsibilities:
Administrative & Management Collection and resolution of rent and resident charges Review, approve, and process accounts payable invoices Maintain current insurance and registration certifications for residents Communicate effectively with owners, regional managers, vendors, and residents Maximize property profitability Execute marketing programs, lease renewals, and resident retention strategies Manage resident concerns professionally and promptly Ensure compliance with
State and Federal Landlord and Fair Housing Laws Maintenance & Operations:
Conduct regular property inspections Coordinate and analyze vendor bids for maintenance and repairs Oversee contracted services Maintain community cleanliness and curb appeal Proactively identify improvements to enhance property value and appearance
Requirements:
Minimum of one (1) year residential property management experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong customer service and conflict-resolution abilities Honest, punctual, trustworthy, and self-motivated Highly organized with strong attention to detail Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong English speaking and writing skills (Spanish recommended) Ability to work independently and as a team Reliable transportation Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays if needed Must live on-site after the 6-month probation period
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift heavy objects Continuous walking and standing Climb stairs Conduct visual inspections Work outdoors as needed Applicant must pass a pre-employment physical, drug and alcohol test, and background check to be eligible for hire.
