What You'll Do As an Assistant Manager, you'll be one of the primary on-site team members responsible for customer experience and property performance. Sales & Customer Service Help customers choose the right storage solution Confidently close rentals and drive occupancy Follow up with leads and customer inquiries Provide friendly, professional service in person and over the phone Account & Rental Management Process move-ins and move-outs Manage customer accounts and rental agreements Process payments and balance transactions Maintain accurate customer records Property Operations Keep the facility clean, secure, and well-maintained Conduct routine property inspections Enforce facility policies professionally Maintain records and activity in property management software Problem Solving Resolve customer issues with professionalism Handle questions, disputes, and concerns confidently Maintain a positive experience for every customer Who Does Well in This Role This position is ideal for someone who: Has experience in customer service, retail sales, hospitality, apartment leasing, or property management Is friendly and approachable; confident closing sales Enjoys helping customers make decisions Is organized, reliable, and self-motivated Can work independently without constant supervision Is comfortable learning new systems and software Spanish-speaking is a plus!
