Full-time On-site Community Association Manager — Montecito A prestigious beachfront community in Montecito seeks an experienced on-site manager to lead a vibrant and engaged residential association.
This is an opportunity to bring polish, exceptional judgment, and genuine care to one of the region's most distinguished coastal communities. Responsibilities Include Supervise a four-person landscape and maintenance team Coordinate vendors and contractors Serve as a responsive, attentive resource for residents and the Board Support the Board of Directors with weekly updates and meeting preparation Oversee the renovation approval process Liaise with governing agencies and neighboring communities Assist with budgets, insurance renewals, and community policy administration, in close collaboration with the professional property management company, which provides financial and administrative support Candidate Profile This role calls for a candidate with substantive, hands-on experience as an on-site or community association portfolio manager, ideally within an upscale residential setting. Candidates with a strong background in real estate or senior-level executive administration will also be considered, provided they have demonstrated skill in vendor management, Board relations, and resident service at a comparable level of sophistication. The successful candidate will bring articulate communication, exceptional organizational and follow-up discipline, and the composure to navigate complex resident and Board dynamics with discretion and professionalism. Industry professional credentials are a distinct advantage; candidates without current certification must demonstrate a clear plan to obtain the CMCA designation within one year of hire.
