CMND Hospitality is seeking a Community Manager to lead daily operations for multi site. As a key member of our Residential Operations team, you'll be responsible for property performance, team leadership, customer experience, and financial results.

We're looking for a hands-on leader with a passion for resident satisfaction, operational efficiency, and a deep understanding of multifamily housing.
Job Summary:
As a Community Manager, you'll take full ownership of one or more of our residential communities, driving success through effective team leadership, resident engagement, and strategic oversight of leasing, budgeting, and property operations. You will partner closely and report directly to the Sr. Director of Property Management. You'll set the tone for your team and community, ensuring alignment with company values while achieving operational and financial goals. Option for additional commission
Your Responsibilities:
1. Property Operations Lead all aspects of day-to-day community operations, including leasing, rent collection, resident relations, and compliance. Oversee the physical condition of the property to ensure it is safe, clean, and well-maintained. Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate repairs and maintenance with the facilities team. Ensure capital improvement and renovation projects are completed on time and within budget. 2. Team Leadership Hire, train, and mentor on-site staff to deliver a high standard of resident service and operational excellence. Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback through regular one-on-ones and team meetings. Foster a collaborative, accountable culture that promotes professional growth and high morale. Model company values in all decisions and interactions. 3. Leasing & Marketing Oversee and execute marketing strategies to maintain high occupancy. Manage the leasing process from inquiry through move-in, including tours, applications, and lease execution. Monitor market trends and adjust pricing and promotions to stay competitive. Maintain a strong brand presence through online reputation management and community events (if applicable) 4. Financial Oversight Prepare and manage annual operating budgets; monitor financial performance and control expenses. Ensure accurate rent collection, deposits, and delinquency tracking. Review financial reports and provide analysis to leadership. Recommend and implement strategies to increase revenue and reduce operating costs. Ensure pre-move inspections are completed and move-out statements are issued on time 5. Resident Experience Resolve resident concerns promptly and fairly. Implement programs that build community engagement and satisfaction. Ensure consistent and professional communication with residents and vendors. 6. Compliance & Risk Management Ensure adherence to Fair Housing laws, landlord-tenant ordinances, and company policies. Maintain accurate records for all resident and property transactions. Promote a safe work and living environment.
Must-Haves:
1-3 years of experience in property management Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in property management software (AppFolio, etc.). Knowledge of leasing practices, resident relations, and apartment operations. Valid driver's license and transportation as this role requires driving to multi sites Nice to

Pay:
$35.00 - $40.00 per hour
