Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated, Residential On-Site Supervisor to oversee residential rental units in the Downtown Watsonville Area . The ideal candidate would be able to check in on various locations to ensure properties are tidy, be able to do basic maintenance tasks, be reliable, report any issues, have customer-focused mindset, and an understanding of property management principles. This role requires effective communication and organizational abilities to ensure the satisfaction of residents while maintaining the property's standards. Est +/- 10 hours a week. Duties Show vacant units as scheduled. Deliver or post notices. Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure it meets safety and quality standards. Collaborate with maintenance staff to coordinate work orders. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing resident inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Lite maintenance (plunging drains, changing batteries, etc.) or janitorial services Qualifications Proven experience in property management or a related field is preferred. Knowledge of daily upkeep and tasks related to property management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with residents and staff. Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently. Bilingual English / Spanish Text, email, and ability to use an iPhone. Clean driving record.
