As a Property Manager, you're the heartbeat of that experience. You'll guide residents through every part of their journey with us by creating exceptional tenant experience, handling maintenance, site visits, delinquencies, transitions, and security deposit refunds, making residents want to rent from Fox. Manage move-ins and move-outs so well that people actually thank you at the end of a lease.

Your Mission:
Help make Fox the most trusted, sought-after property management company for tenants in Colorado - one great experience at a time. Key Responsibilities Maintenance Coordination & Follow Through
Act as the tenant-facing liaison for maintenance issues and requests.
Follow up on work orders, vendor scheduling, and communication to ensure maintenance is completed in a timely manner.
Track and escalate unresolved issues based on urgency and habitability.
Review and approve vendor invoices for work orders sent.
Communicate charges to residents as needed with clear justification and documentation. Primary Point of Contact for Tenants
Serve as the main point of contact for tenants during their lease term.
Respond to tenant questions, concerns, and service issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain consistency, clarity, and documentation in all tenant communications. Tenant Experience & Success
Own the resident journey from move-in through move-out.
Partner with leasing and finance teams to ensure a seamless experience for residents. Site Visits
Coordinate and conduct property site visits.
Ensure move-in documentation is accurate and complete.
Address any immediate tenant concerns and ensure all habitability items are resolved. Renewals and Transitions
Lead the move-out process, including tenant communication, walk-through coordination, maintenance coordination, and documentation.
Communicate renewal offers with tenants and ensure that renewals are executed on time.
Set clear expectations for tenants around the move-out process, timeline, deposit refund processing. Delinquency Tracking & Resident Notices
Monitor rent delinquency reports and initiate appropriate tenant communications.
Support the eviction process in collaboration with the compliance team. Security Deposit Refund Execution
Calculate and process security deposit refunds based on final inspections and vendor invoices.
Draft and send itemized disposition statements within the legal timeline.
Ensure transparency and fairness in deposit deductions and documentation. Core Skills and Attributes

Role Type:
Full-time salaried. Base of $55,000 plus $200 per property above 200.
