HPW, M-F Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Temporary Property Manager to support day-to-day operations with a strong emphasis on administrative coordination and leasing activities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent organizational skills, and can effectively manage tenant relations while ensuring smooth property operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Duties:

Maintain accurate tenant records, lease files, and property documentation Process applications, background checks, and lease agreements Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from tenants and prospects Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up to ensure timely resolution Assist with rent collection, tracking, and reporting Prepare regular reports on occupancy, leasing activity, and property performance Support compliance with company policies and local housing regulations

Leasing Responsibilities:

Market available units through online listings, social media, and other channels Conduct property tours and respond to leasing inquiries Screen prospective tenants and manage the application process Negotiate lease terms and execute lease agreements Monitor market trends to ensure competitive pricing and occupancy rates Maintain a positive experience for prospective and current tenants

Qualifications:

Previous experience in property management, leasing, or administrative support preferred Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent communication and customer service skills Proficiency in Appfolio- Property Management software Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Knowledge of fair housing laws and leasing practices …
