Oversees the collection of rents and payment of bills, taxes and insurance for properties, and provides property owners with reports on finances and the status of properties. Directs leasing operations, or equipment and machinery rentals, for a company or business. Determines charges and prepares rental or lease agreements; supervises inventory, equipment maintenance and recordkeeping for leasing operations.

Miami Beach, FL Job Details Full-time 13 hours ago Qualifications Vendor relationship building Spanish English Commercial property management Full Job Description Property Manager-Job Description Position Summary The Property Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, maintenance, vendor coordination, compliance, and overall performance of the company's residential, commercial, and hospitality properties. This role also requires exposure to construction, renovations, capital improvement projects, and property enhancements. The Property Manager works closely with ownership, tenants, vendors, contractors, engineers, and internal teams to ensure all properties are properly maintained, operationally efficient, and compliant with all applicable regulations. Key Responsibilities Property Operations Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple residential, commercial, and hospitality properties. Serve as the main point of contact for property-related matters. Coordinate maintenance requests, repairs, inspections, and vendor services. Monitor overall property condition and operational performance. Maintain positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and contractors. Construction & Capital Projects Coordinate, organize, and facilitate the successful completion of capital improvement projects, renovations, and property upgrades. Coordinate contractors, engineers, architects, consultants, and other project vendors as needed. Monitor project timelines, budgets, permits, and work completion. Review vendor proposals, bids, and project estimates, and provide recommendations when appropriate. Ensure projects are completed in accordance with Company expectations, applicable regulations, and approved budgets. Financial & Vendor Management Assist with property budgets and expense tracking. Review invoices, proposals, and purchase requests. Ensure vendor pricing remains competitive and cost-effective. Support contract and lease coordination. Compliance & Safety Ensure compliance with building, safety, and regulatory requirements. Coordinate inspections, recertifications, and corrective actions. Assist with insurance-related property matters. Support emergency response and hurricane preparedness efforts. Additional Responsibilities Coordinate move-ins / move-outs when needed. Maintain warranty and service records. Support ownership with special property-related projects. Provide regular updates on property status, maintenance, and project progress. Qualifications Experience in property management required. Exposure to construction, renovations, or capital projects preferred. Strong vendor management and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities simultaneously. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Must be bilingual (English and Spanish), both written and verbal.
