This is a hands-on role combining scheduling, team management, customer service, sales, lead management, and occasional residential cleaning . This is an in-office position, Monday-Friday, 7:45 AM-5:00 PM. Responsibilities Manage daily schedules using the software, cleaning teams, routes, and last-minute changes. Manage the CRM and incoming leads , promptly contact prospects, provide quotes, follow up, and convert leads into customers. Develop and execute sales and local marketing efforts to generate leads, recurring customers, and revenue growth. Communicate with customers regarding their cleaning needs, schedules, special requests, and service expectations. Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally and ensure issues are resolved quickly. Supervise and support cleaning staff, including training, accountability, attendance, and performance. Monitor cleaning quality and ensure Two Maids service standards are consistently maintained. Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new cleaning professionals. Clean residences when needed due to call-outs, scheduling conflicts, training, or other operational needs. Maintain accurate customer, employee, scheduling, and operational records. Qualifications Experience in operations, customer service, sales, hospitality, cleaning, or team supervision preferred. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Comfortable making sales calls, following up with leads, and speaking with customers. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Dependable, punctual, positive, and willing to take ownership. Comfortable using computers, CRM, scheduling, email, and phone applications. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Must be willing and physically able to perform residential cleaning when needed. We are looking for a hands-on leader who takes initiative, solves problems, supports the team, provides excellent customer service, and actively helps grow the business.

Pay:

$35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
