Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic property management team as an Assistant Property Manager, where your energetic approach and keen attention to detail will drive the success of our residential and commercial properties. In this pivotal role, you will support property operations, enhance tenant satisfaction, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations. Your proactive attitude and excellent communication skills will help foster positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and team members alike. Responsibilities Assist in managing day-to-day property operations, including leasing and maintenance coordination. Handle client communication with professionalism via phone, email, and in person to address inquiries, resolve issues, and upsell available services or units. Maintain compliance with Fair Housing regulations, Landlord-Tenant Law, and other legal requirements. Conduct move in, move out, and annual property inspections. Support conflict management efforts by mediating tenant concerns professionally while adhering to legal standards. Utilize property management software such as Rent Vine for efficient data entry, reporting, and record keeping. Experience Familiarity with property management tools including property management systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Prior experience working within a property management company or facilities management environment is highly desirable. Strong conflict resolution skills coupled with negotiation abilities to foster positive tenant relationships and uphold lease agreements. Office experience with phone etiquette, data entry accuracy, filing systems, and client communication is essential. Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations requirements ensures compliant operations across all properties. Real estate license a plus!! Company car provided. Monday

Pay:

$20.00

•$25.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0
