we are seeking an experienced hands-on professional to maintain and enhance the beauty and operations of our property. Primary responsibilities include maintaining common areas of the property, overseeing contracted services (pool service, landscapers, etc.), and maintaining related documentation. We offer
flexible hours (typically 30/wk), housing in a 1 bedroom 1.5 bath newly renovated condo with an ocean view, medical insurance, paid holidays and vacation time. Compensation is flexible based on experience
$60•70k plus housing and bonus opportunity.

Qualifications

general maintenance skills and knowledge, effective communication skills, basic organizational and administrative skills, sound judgement, and problem-solving skills.
