Job Description

Resident Manager for 32-Unit Oceanfront Condo Complex on West Maui Mahinahina Beach is one of the only properties on the west side that does not have any vacation rentals, making this a special place to be. Live and work in this quiet oceanfront community as a Resident Manager and help us create a safe, clean and well-maintained property. The Role
  • we are seeking an experienced hands-on professional to maintain and enhance the beauty and operations of our property. Primary responsibilities include maintaining common areas of the property, overseeing contracted services (pool service, landscapers, etc.), and maintaining related documentation. We offer
  • flexible hours (typically 30/wk), housing in a 1 bedroom 1.5 bath newly renovated condo with an ocean view, medical insurance, paid holidays and vacation time. Compensation is flexible based on experience
  • $60•70k plus housing and bonus opportunity.
Qualifications
  • general maintenance skills and knowledge, effective communication skills, basic organizational and administrative skills, sound judgement, and problem-solving skills.
Previous experience as a Site, Resident or Property Manager highly preferred. Equal opportunity employer, background and drug screen required.
Pay:
$60,000.00
