• A workplace culture where your contributions are noticed and appreciated What You'll Do Run the day-to-day operations of one or more self-storage facilities Guide customers through the rental process with clarity and confidence Build relationships by listening to customer needs and matching them with the right solutions Drive sales through unit rentals, storage insurance, and moving supplies Handle payments, collections, and daily deposits accurately Hold the facility to a high standard — clean, organized, and ready for business Collaborate with teammates across locations while also managing your time independently Who We're Looking For You're dependable, personable, and not afraid to take ownership.

Required:

2+ years of customer service experience (retail, sales, front desk, or similar) Comfortable with computers and Microsoft Office basics Valid driver's license and reliable transportation High school diploma or GED Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain on-site for extended periods Must pass a criminal background check A plus, but not required: 1+ year in a leadership or supervisory role Experience with Microsoft Teams About LockBox Storage LockBox Storage is a growing self-storage company with multiple locations across the Midwest.
