Responsibilities:

Provide information to clients about rental units. Operate a friendly rental office and coordinate with tenants, rental agents and owners. Hire and train maintenance staff. Oversee daily operations. Manage resident accounts. Collection of overdue and past accounts. Create a warm and friendly enviornment.
