Job Description

We are looking for an Experienced Community Manager to join our team.

Qualifications:

Professional Computer Skills including proficiency in Word and Excel Proven Organizational and Time Management Skills Out-going Friendly Personality Accuracy and Attention to Detail Ability to Market vacant apartments Strong written and verbal communication skills Self-Motivated Problem-Solver Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment

Exceptional Customer Service Skills Responsibilities:

Plan and Manage the day to day activities of the property. Effectively Communicate to Current Residents Market the Property Generate Prospective Resident visits to the Property Give Property Tours Follow up with Prospective Residents Lease Vacant Apartments Renew Current Leases Promote Resident Retention Continue the success of the current Lease Renewal program Plan Apartment Community Activities to build Resident Relationships Must have a valid driver's license and current auto insurance.
