Property Manager - Augusta ME Area Up to $60,000 | Monday-Friday | Onsite We are partnering with an established property management organization seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a residential community in Central Maine. This is a great opportunity for a Property Manager who enjoys taking ownership of their community, working closely with an onsite team, and having responsibility across operations, residents, financials, maintenance and vendors.
Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day property operations Manage property budgets, expenses, invoices and financial reporting Support and oversee onsite staff Coordinate maintenance, repairs, vendors and contractors Address resident concerns and ensure timely follow-through Oversee occupancy, leasing and unit turnover Maintain property documentation and reporting Support inspections and property compliance Identify operational or facilities issues and drive them through resolution
Ideal Background:
Experienced Assistant Property Managers ready to step into a PM role will be considered Affordable housing experience is a plus, but not required Strong budgeting and financial management experience Comfortable overseeing maintenance, facilities and vendors Organized, responsive and able to work independently Strong problem-solving skills and follow-through
Compensation:

Oversees the collection of rents and payment of bills, taxes and insurance for properties, and provides property owners with reports on finances and the status of properties. Directs leasing operations, or equipment and machinery rentals, for a company or business. Determines charges and prepares rental or lease agreements; supervises inventory, equipment maintenance and recordkeeping for leasing operations.
