Female House Supervisor

Job Description

Overview The House Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our facility, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all residents. This position requires strong leadership skills, a background in crisis intervention, and experience in behavioral health. The House Supervisor will be responsible for managing staff, facilitating communication among team members, and addressing any issues that arise within the facility. Responsibilities Supervise and support staff in their daily duties to ensure high-quality care for residents Implement crisis intervention strategies as needed to maintain safety and stability Manage conflict resolution among residents and staff, fostering a positive community atmosphere Administer medication as required and ensure compliance with health regulations Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and data collection practices Ensure adherence to security protocols within the facility to protect residents and staff Provide training and support to staff on best practices in behavior management and first aid Must have a vehicle and current car insurance Experience Candidates should possess the following skills and experience: Supervising experience in a residential or healthcare setting Background in crisis intervention, childcare, or behavioral health services Strong conflict management skills with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse populations Proficient in data entry, filing systems, and documentation practices The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to providing compassionate care while ensuring the safety and well-being of all residents.

$14.50 - $15.50 per hour
