The ideal candidate will take personal accountability balanced with compassion and professionalism to allow our clients to live as independently and meaningfully as possible.
House Manager Job Responsibilities:
Be able to fulfill all Direct Support Staff duties and requirements. Foster and maintain a positive team environment. Exhibit independent problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented attitude. Ensure the house is adequately staffed to meet the needs of the clients. Ensure compliant documentation. Maintain a healthy, safe, and clean environment. Assist with participant medications. Coordinate participant schedules and obligations.
