Job Description
Laborers' Home Development Corporation (LHDC) is a mission driven affordable housing developer and property manager committed to providing high quality housing that strengthens residents and communities. The Property Manager supports daily property operations, resident relations, leasing activity, and administrative compliance. This role is ideal for someone organized, and customer focused.
Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to residents, applicants, and vendors Assist with leasing, applications, certifications, and renewals Support rent collection and accurate record keeping Maintain organized resident files in compliance with company and regulatory standards Assist with move-ins, move-outs, and unit inspections Respond to resident inquiries and resolve issues professionally Support property marketing and occupancy goals Coordinate with maintenance staff as needed Qualifications Minimum 2 years of office or administrative experience required Prior property management or leasing experience preferred LIHTC and HUD/Section 8 experience preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Highly organized with attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Ability to handle confidential information professionally
