The Apartment Manager is responsible in overseeing the overall functions of the community. Will train the right person for the position if no management experience. You must be within a 30-minute drive of the community. Please make sure to check junk mail for responses or updates.

Qualifications:

• Positive working attitude.
• Ability to lease apartments.
• Ability to work independently and as a team member.
• Be Organized-Capable of providing outstanding customer service and handling resident concerns and matter with ability to create win-win situations.
• Pass a background check and be able to be bonded (insurable). The Resident Manager will be responsible for but not limited to:
• Process applications for apartment including pre-qualifying and selection.
• Supervising maintenance/Payroll
• Marketing
• Maintaining community collection efforts on a weekly basis to achieve less than 2% delinquents.
• Processing all accounts payable in a timely manner.
• Property inspections.
